ack.art is a non-commercial portfolio that displays digital artworks created by ACK and shows public on-chain data (mint dates, collectors, marketplace listings) for those artworks. This site does not sell anything directly. All purchases of ACK's NFTs happen on third-party marketplaces (OpenSea, Manifold, Foundation, SuperRare, Gondi, etc.), each governed by their own terms.
The "Connect Wallet" feature uses standard wallet protocols and is read-only. The site never asks you to sign transactions, never moves your assets, and never requests your seed phrase or private keys. Any prompt to do otherwise on a page claiming to be ack.art is a phishing attempt and should be ignored.
All artworks, copy, code, and visual design on this site are © AlphaCentauriKid. Owning an ACK NFT grants the rights set out by the marketplace and contract under which it was minted; it does not grant additional rights to reproduce, modify, or commercialize the underlying work beyond those specified.
You may share screenshots and links from the site for personal, editorial, or critical purposes. You may not scrape the site for training datasets, mirror it, or republish substantial portions without written permission.
The site links to and displays data from external services including but not limited to: Ethereum and other blockchains, OpenSea, Manifold, Foundation, SuperRare, Gondi, Etherscan, Alchemy, Arweave, IPFS, and SoundCloud. The artist does not control these services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content. Following an external link puts you under that service's terms.
Listing prices, sale histories, "best offer" data, and any other market information shown on the site are reproduced from public on-chain or marketplace sources for display only. Nothing on the site is investment advice, an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy. NFT prices are volatile. Cryptocurrency carries risk. Do your own research before transacting.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. The artist is one person and the site occasionally shows incorrect or stale data because of marketplace API limits, indexer sync delays, or simple bugs. The artist will fix obvious errors when notified but does not guarantee accuracy, uptime, or that any feature will continue to exist.
These terms may change as the site evolves. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
